Hi everyone!
What's happened to this forum? It's gone all quiet. I know I've not posted for sometime, but have been busy, reading, researching and learning. here's the fruit of my hard work. Please leave me a comment

I really love Wordpress. For me it is very easy to use and manage.

Hey Paul: If you have any questions, let me know. I've had a Wordpress blog for a while now and also have built a few for clients. I am not an expert but do have a few tricks. :}

I suggest Bluehost as the price is right and they have Fantastico which has a one button installation for wordpress.

Hi Gren,thanks for your feed back,I have a gal that takes care of my sites and controls hosting and cpanel ,I guess I have to get my own hosting and new domain in order to do wordpress blogs.I have done free blogs before but they didnt need a cpanel.
Gren Comment by Gren on March 30, 2008 at 9:24am
Hi Jack,

Your cpanel is probably at: http://dog-breed-questions.com/cpanel

It will ask you for you login id and password for the site.

Once in, you will find fantastico, usually towards the bottom of the page. Just follow the video instructions.

For simple uploads, you will find a function "file manager" that will move pages from your machine to your server until you get on top of FTP.

Hope this helps,

Gren.

Jack..do you have hosting for your sites? If not, check out hostgator. I think they are somewhere around $6 or $8 per month for unlimited sites.

Then you will need to buy your domain. I suggest Name cheap at around $10 per year. Once you sign up for Hostgator hosting, they will give you your CPanel login and password.

Let me know if you need more help. This is really the minimum you need and at $20 or so for the first month and $10 or so every month after, you are in business.
